Renovation and finishing work is often priced by area, because painting, tiling and flooring scale with the size of the room. Plumbing doesn't work that way — a small leak behind one tile can take longer to fix properly than replacing every tap in an apartment.
That's why we group our pricing below by the type of job rather than by the square metre, and explain honestly what tends to drive the cost in each case. Every job, large or small, still ends with the same thing: a fixed price in writing before we touch anything.

Do you charge a call-out fee?
No fixed call-out fee. Most jobs start with a free assessment — send photos or a short video on WhatsApp and we'll tell you what's likely involved. If your job genuinely needs to be seen in person before we can quote accurately, we'll tell you that upfront and agree it with you first.
Why don't you list fixed prices for each service?
Because two "leak repairs" or two "water heater installations" can involve completely different amounts of work depending on access, pipe condition and what's actually wrong. We'd rather give you an honest number after a quick look than a generic price that doesn't match your job.
Will the price change once work has started?
No. Once you accept a written quote, that's the price you pay. If something unexpected changes the scope partway through, we explain it and agree any change with you in writing before doing extra work.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. We never bill plumbing work by the hour. Every job gets a fixed price agreed before we start, so you know the total cost upfront.
Is the assessment really free?
Yes, for most jobs. Sending photos or a short video on WhatsApp costs nothing, and many issues can be quoted from that alone. If your job needs an in-person visit to quote accurately, we'll let you know before it's arranged.
